Tracy Morgans Latest Step in Recovery is Getting Married!

Things are looking better and better for Tracy Morgan. The comedian just married his longtime girlfriend Megan Wollover. “After almost losing Tracy last year, I am so grateful to finally be married to the love of my life,” Wollover told People, who broke the news.

Morgan has had a very long road to recover since crashing on a highway last June. One of his best friends was killed in the crash and Morgan suffered numerous breaks which has left him unable to walk without assistance for nearly a year. However, things are looking great lately for Morgan. He’ll soon be making his return to Saturday Night Live as host.

The ceremony took place on Sunday night. Morgan and his new wife were surrounded by friends and family that included their two year old daughter Maven.l The 46-year-old comedian previously told People magazine he wasn’t going to get married until he could walk down the aisle on his big day. “I don’t want to walk my wife down the aisle with a cane or in a wheelchair,” he said. “So, I had to go hard with the therapy … I had to get better. There was no ifs, ands or buts about it.”

Fans (and us) can’t wait until October which will mark his return to Saturday Night Live.
