Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Will & Sonnys Second Child Plans Back on Track WilSon Reuni

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Will Horton (Chandler Massey) and Sonny Kiriakis (Freddie Smith) will get their love story back on track. Thanks to Maggie Kiriakis’ (Suzanne Rogers) confession at the Salem PD, Will’s going to score his freedom. He’ll make his way back home and surprise Sonny, who should be overjoyed to see him.

Of course, Days spoilers say there could be some awkwardness at first. Sonny and Will have battled tension ever since the night of the accident. Will didn’t kill Adrienne Kiriakis (Judi Evans), but there’s still a lot to talk about. Part of Will may worry he’s too late or that the emotional distance has taken too much of a toll.

There’s also the matter of Will sitting on this secret for a while. Sonny may be hurt when he finds out Will knew about Maggie and didn’t trust him with the truth. However, Days spoilers say these are all pretty minor obstacles in the grand scheme of things. Sonny still loves Will – and Will feels the same way. That’s all that’ll really matter as they ultimately reunite.

Once this “WilSon” reunion’s locked in, what’ll be next for this duo? There’s a good chance Will and Sonny will revisit the idea of expanding their family. DOOL fans know Will and Sonny are parents to Arianna Horton (Sydney Brower) along with her mom, Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus). Sonny adores Arianna and appreciates the happiness she brings to all their lives.

Just before the crash, Sonny talked Will into adding a little more happiness. They settled on the idea of having another kid, so they may revisit that conversation soon. Whether Sonny and Will adopt or use a surrogate, there’s a good chance they’ll want another son or daughter like they planned.

Since Massey and Smith were fired from Days of Our Lives, they’ll unfortunately be written out. Will and Sonny will eventually exit the canvas, which is a great reason to cram in more “WilSon” bliss before they go. Perhaps child number two could even play a role in their departures somehow.
